Jordache Park Apartments
This 104-unit apartment complex is comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units housed in 13 buildings. Each 10,000 SF building is designed as “four up and four down.” Two different building designs were created with 8 units in each building. One building design features two-bedroom units throughout and the other features 4 three-bedroom units and 4 one-bedroom units. The Commons Building highlights an Activity Room, Exercise Room, Laundry, and Maintenance Shop for the complex.
Several garage buildings of varying capacity were designed to allow for flexibility and to work successfully within the site plan.
