Unity St. Mary’s Campus Dental
Unity Health System underwent reconfiguration of their services in 1997-98, and St. Mary’s Hospital’s acute services relocated to the Unity Park Ridge Campus. This allowed St. Mary’s Hospital Genesee Street Campus to provide vital sub-acute services to the Rochester inner-city community.
Master Planning after the reconfiguration identified the second floor in the former Seton Surgery Center as ideally suited for the Dental Unit and for future additional clinical suites. This renovation greatly improves accommodation for Unity dental patients and contains 7 Exam Rooms immediately adjacent to the Waiting Room and clearly accessible from the second floor Lobby of the office building.
Lab and sterilization areas are centrally located within the treatment space. Other support spaces are conveniently located behind the scenes and adjacent to the Business Office and Reception Area to meet the needs of this busy practice.
