Phase One of tenant improvements to Semrock Laboratories was targeted toward the creation of a state-of-the-art office area as well as manufacturing and laboratory space. This nationally active start-up company wanted a clean high-tech environment with a touch of eccentricity.
Office space included reception and waiting areas, private offices, work cubicles and meeting spaces and successfully addressed Semrock’s unique needs.
Multiple Lab and Equipment Rooms as well as a Machine Shop were included to meet both laboratory and manufacturing requirements.
