SPS Medical Supply Corporation is a world-wide distributor of sterilizer devices and medical testing products. They also provide testing service and consulting on sterilization processes.  A significant increase in their business led to the need to expand their facility.  The project goal was to construct an attractive, functional and economical addition to the existing building.

Administrative and marketing offices were expanded into former warehouse space and new packaging production areas and a warehouse were constructed.  Gardner PLUS staff worked closely with the owner to design a new facility that is tightly integrated with the existing building. 

Site plan and environmental review processes were managed by the team as well as all engineering disciplines.
