 Gardner PLUS received the Outstanding Project Award for the Lakeside Memorial Hospital Birthing Unit together with Lakeside Memorial Hospital and the General Contractor, LeCesse Construction.
Presented by The Rochester Chapter of The Construction Specifications Institute following Construction Specification Institute’s Principles, this Award was given for exceptional teamwork between the Owner, Designer and Contractor. It recognizes the positive influence of clear, well prepared construction documents on the process, quality and successful outcome of the Lakeside Memorial Hospital project.
